Join Us on a Sunday Morning

If you’re new to the area, looking for answers, or searching for a fresh start, our Sunday Morning service is a great place to begin.

What to Expect

Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 simple steps.

01. Arrive

SGC is located at 111 Greentree Road in Marlton, just down the road from the Whole Foods on Route 73. Once you park, make your way to the main entrance at the middle of the building. There, you will be greeted by people who can help you get where you’d like to go. We have one service starting at 10:00 AM that goes until about 11:30 AM. Dress is typically casual, but you can dress however you are most comfortable.

.

02. Have Kids?

Kids Quest is our special program for children ages 5th grade and younger. Go across the Lobby to the check-in counter near the entrance to the Kids Quest wing and someone will help you sign in your children. We offer a children’s ministry program with a Bible-based curriculum for children from crawling infants to 5th grade. Our safety protocols include background checks and child safety training for volunteers and an electronic system for child dropoff and pickup.

.

03. Singing

Our morning service begins with an extended time of singing, Bible reading, and pastoral prayer. After some announcements about important upcoming events, there is a short break before the preaching of God’s Word. During the break, those with children can drop them off in their classrooms. After this 5-7 minute break, everyone gathers again in the auditorium for a time of teaching from God’s Word and a final song.

.

04. Bible Teaching

We believe that the preaching of God’s Word is the most important part of our Sunday service. It is essential to our relationship with God, our growth in Him, and our life in every season. The Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God and every part of it points us to Jesus. We love God’s Word and take it seriously. You can expect to hear Bible teaching every week that is applicable to everyday life.

.

05. Get Connected

After the service, guests are encouraged to go to Guest Connect, located as you exit to the Lobby. There, you’ll be greeted and receive a small gift of thanks for visiting. If you need prayer for any reason, members of the prayer team are located up front in the auditorium.
